Grammy-winning artist Muni Long has achieved a new milestone as her latest single, “Made For Me,” climbs to the top spot on R&B radio. This accomplishment marks Long’s first time reaching the No. 1 position in the R&B airplay format.
The track’s ascent to the top displaces Usher’s “Good Good,” featuring 21 Savage and Summer Walker, which now holds the No. 3 spot. Mary J. Blige’s “Still Believe In Love” featuring Vado maintains its position at No. 2.

This achievement is significant for Muni Long, who previously secured top-five status twice in 2022 with John Legend’s “Honey” and her viral hit “Hrs and Hrs,” the latter of which reached No. 1 on urban radio in April 2022.
“Made For Me” initially entered the top 10 on R&B radio and Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in early November, marking Long’s third top 10 hit on both charts.
As of the latest update, “Made For Me” holds the No. 2 spot on the Adult R&B Airplay chart. Additionally, the romantic tune has reached No. 15 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart and No. 20 on the Hot R&B Songs chart according to Billboard.
Released in September, “Made For Me” serves as Muni Long’s first official single in a year. Co-written with producers Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and Jordan XL, the track has garnered over two million streams on Spotify.
Despite the absence of an official music video, a teaser suggests that a visual featuring Luke James as the love interest will be released soon.
Muni Long’s last project, Public Displays of Affection: The Album, released in 2021, was featured among Rated R&B’s 30 Best R&B Albums of 2021.
