Beyoncé has achieved another significant milestone, becoming the female artist with the most RIAA-certified titles. As of December 17, the “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” singer’s certifications have reached an impressive total of 103, according to an announcement by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Her recent accolades include COWBOY CARTER earning platinum status, while the chart-topping “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” achieved 2x platinum. Additionally, “16 CARRIAGES” was certified gold, and her album RENAISSANCE reached 2x platinum. Fan-favorite singles “Drunk in Love” and “Crazy In Love” both achieved 8x platinum status, further solidifying her iconic legacy.
RIAA President and COO Michele Ballantyne highlighted Beyoncé’s impact across various genres and congratulated her team, including Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, as well as her loyal fans, the BeyHive, for their continuous support and streaming efforts.
All eight of Beyoncé’s studio albums have now achieved platinum status or higher in the United States. With the first two installments of her RENAISSANCE trilogy already certified, her upcoming full-length release is expected to continue this trend.
This achievement precedes another significant moment in Beyoncé’s career. She is set to headline Netflix’s inaugural NFL Christmas Gameday live special on December 25. During the Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens halftime show at 4:30 p.m. ET, she will perform COWBOY CARTER live for the first time since its release in March. The event will also feature special guests, including Mariah Carey, who will open the show.
In addition to her musical accomplishments, Beyoncé continues to make waves in film. Mufasa: The Lion King is set to debut in theaters on December 20. Beyoncé reprises her role as Nala, while her daughter Blue Ivy Carter voices Kiara. Behind-the-scenes footage captures Beyoncé’s pride in watching Blue Ivy take on the role, describing the experience as both moving and inspiring.
