Notably, this album will be Day’s first project since the critically acclaimed The United States vs. Billie Holiday soundtrack in 2021. Additionally, her role as Billie Holiday earned her a Best Actress nomination at the 93rd Oscars.

Having made history at the 78th Golden Globe Awards in 2021, Day continues to captivate audiences with her powerful performances. Collaborating with BJ The Chicago Kid on “Crazy Love” from his latest album, Gravy, in 2023, Day showcased her versatility and continued relevance in the music industry.

As a testament to her continued impact, Day is set to perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” at Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11, where Usher will headline the halftime show. “Where Do We Go” stands as a preview of what’s to come from Andra Day in 2024, reaffirming her status as a formidable artist with a distinctive voice and narrative.
