Kelly Rowland, the legendary singer and former Destiny’s Child member, is set to headline Artscape 2023, a free arts festival returning to Baltimore, Maryland after a three-year hiatus. The festival is scheduled to take place from September 22 to September 24.

Kelly Rowland‘s performance will take place on Friday night, headlining the event. Other notable performers scheduled for the weekend include Nile Rodgers & CHIC (Saturday afternoon), Angelo Moore of Fishbone (Saturday evening), and The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (Sunday).
Todd Yuhanick, the interim CEO for Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts, emphasized the hard work put into curating a stellar lineup of artists and programming for this year’s Artscape. The event aims to demonstrate the unifying power of the arts in bringing people together.
Kelly Rowland, known for her successful music career as well as her acting ventures, recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of her album Talk A Good Game. The album featured collaborations with her Destiny’s Child bandmates Beyoncé and Michelle Williams, along with other artists. Rowland has continued to release standalone tracks and EPs, showcasing her artistic versatility.
In addition to her music career, Rowland has made strides in acting, starring in various projects including the Paramount+ original movie Fantasy Football and Netflix’s The Curse of Bridge Hollow. She is also set to appear in Tyler Perry’s upcoming Netflix legal drama film, Mea Culpa, and will reprise her role in Lifetime’s original movie Merry Liddle Christmas Vacation.
