On Friday November 6th, what was supposed to be a memorable night for fans turned into a catastrophic tragedy. All eight victims that were killed during the festival were identified by Harris County, the youngest of them being 14-years-old John Hilgert from Houston. 

Families have identified all 8 victims saying “We are all devastated’’. Here are the names:

On the other hand, apparently the rapper attended the afterparty of his show unaware that people were killed during his concert. 

Meanwhile, on Monday night, Drake released a statement on social media saying how devastated he was. The Canadian rapper had made a surprise appearance at the Astroworld Festival that chaotic Friday. Moreover, both artists have been sued over Astroworld 2021.
