The Weeknd has revealed Hurry Up Tomorrow will release on January 24, 2025, marking the conclusion of his album trilogy, which includes After Hours and Dawn FM. The series has been released at consistent two-year intervals, showcasing his commitment to crafting cohesive narratives through music.

A live performance at the Rose Bowl on January 25 will follow the album’s debut. Designed as a one-night-only event, the concert will feature a stage setup covering the entire stadium floor. Tickets become available on Monday at 10 a.m. PT through TheWeeknd.com.

The album rollout began earlier this year, with the vinyl cover art unveiled in September. Shortly after, the lead single, “Dancing In Flames,” was released on September 13. More recently, The Weeknd collaborated with Brazilian pop star Anitta on the track “Sao Paolo,” which premiered on October 30 during a concert in Brazil held to coincide with the album’s announcement.

In addition to the album, Hurry Up Tomorrow will serve as the title of an upcoming feature film starring Abel Tesfaye (The Weeknd), Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan. The psychological thriller, directed by Trey Edward Shults (Waves), will be distributed by Lionsgate. The film’s music score is a joint effort between Tesfaye and Daniel Lopatin, further cementing its connection to his artistic vision.

The Weeknd continues to break records, becoming the first artist to surpass one billion Spotify streams for 22 individual songs. His last album, Dawn FM, featured collaborations with Tyler, the Creator, and Lil Wayne, while After Hours saw Ariana Grande join on the remix of “Save Your Tears.” These partnerships have helped shape his dynamic sound and global appeal.

With a blend of music, film, and live performance, The Weeknd’s Hurry Up Tomorrow promises to push creative boundaries, offering fans an immersive artistic experience that extends beyond traditional formats.
