After achieving a number-one hit in March with “Through The Night“, emerging artist Maeta is turning heads once again with her new album, Endless Night. Produced entirely by KAYTRANADA, this project underscores Maeta’s talent for blending soulful vocals with compelling narratives.
Endless Night, which features contributions from acclaimed songwriters James Fauntleroy and Ant Clemons, is a 7-song album that forgoes any featured artists. Leading with the title track “Endless Night,” the album also includes singles like “Turn Me On” and “DJ Got Me.” Maeta’s ability to weave themes of love and heartbreak into her music has already garnered her a dedicated fan base with previous hits such as “Questions”, “Bitch Don’t Be Mad,” and “S(EX).”
Maeta’s musical journey began in 2019 when she uploaded her first song, “Debbie Downer,” to SoundCloud. That same year, she released her debut EP, Do Not Disturb, and relocated to Los Angeles to further her career. Her early collaboration with KAYTRANADA on “Teen Scene” laid the groundwork for their continued partnership on Endless Night.
This album is Maeta’s first major release since signing with Roc Nation in April.
