Alicia Keys offers a taste of her upcoming Broadway venture, “Hell’s Kitchen,” with the release of “Kaleidoscope.” The track, co-produced by Keys, Breyan Isaac, and Adam Blackstone, features not only Keys’ powerhouse vocals but also those of Maleah Joi Moon, who portrays a young Keys in the semi-autobiographical musical.

“Hell’s Kitchen” is a full-fledged creative playground for Keys. She takes the helm as composer and lyricist, while Pulitzer Prize finalist Kristoffer Diaz crafts the book. The production boasts a heavyweight team behind the scenes, with Tony and Emmy winner Tom Kitt consulting on the music, Emmy and Grammy winner Adam Blackstone supervising, choreography by Tony nominee Camille A. Brown, and direction by Tony nominee Michael Greif.

Previews for “Hell’s Kitchen” begin on March 28th, 2024, leading up to an opening night on April 20th. The show will be staged at the Shubert Theatre on Broadway.
