Mariah Carey is set to dazzle Las Vegas once again as she announces her upcoming residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM. Dubbed The Celebration of Mimi: Live in Las Vegas, the highly-anticipated residency will run from April 12 through April 27.
Presale tickets for this unforgettable event will be available starting Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 10 a.m. local time, with general ticket sales opening on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 10 a.m. local time.
This residency marks Carey’s triumphant return to the Las Vegas stage, adding to her illustrious roster of residencies, including Live at the Pearl (2009), Number 1 to Infinity (2015-2017), and The Butterfly Returns (2018-2020).
In a social media announcement, Carey expressed her excitement, stating, “Vegas, I’m coming back to town with a new show!!”
Carey’s residency announcement follows her recent appearance at the 66th Grammy Awards, where she graced the stage to present the award for Best Pop Solo Performance, won by Miley Cyrus for “Flowers.”
Ahead of the Grammys, Carey was honored with the Recording Academy Global Impact Award at the third annual Recording Academy Honors, alongside fellow recipient Lenny Kravitz. The prestigious award recognizes Black music creators whose profound influence on the industry has inspired countless individuals worldwide.
