Nicki Minaj, the rap sensation, has teamed up with R&B stars Monica and Keyshia Cole for her latest soul-stirring release, “Love Me Enough.” This collaboration, produced by Murda Beatz, is a standout track on the extended edition of Minaj’s fifth album, Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe).

The song, initially exclusive to the Pink Friday 2 (D2C Version 2) edition on Minaj’s website, is a powerful self-love anthem that celebrates breaking free from a toxic relationship. The lyrics, delivered over sunny acoustic production, convey a message of personal empowerment and growth.

Monica and Keyshia Cole’s harmonies beautifully complement Minaj’s verses, creating a compelling blend of rap and R&B. The chemistry among the three artists is evident, making “Love Me Enough” a noteworthy addition to Minaj’s already impressive discography.

Rumors of this exciting collaboration began circulating after Minaj’s Instagram Live session earlier this month (Dec. 2), where Monica and Cole joined her in the same room. Minaj later hinted at the collaboration on the release day of her Pink Friday 2 album (Dec. 8), describing it as “a very important song.”

As part of Minaj’s promise to her fans, she unveiled “Love Me Enough” as the second bonus track from Pink Friday 2. The track follows the release of “Beep Beep (Remix)” featuring 50 Cent on Monday (Dec. 11), both of which are included in Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe).

This collaboration marks the first time Monica and Minaj have worked together, while Keyshia Cole and Minaj previously collaborated on Cole’s 2010 album, Calling All Hearts, specifically on the single “I Ain’t Thru.”

Apart from her musical endeavors, Monica has been active in 2023, releasing the single “Letters” in June. This track, co-written with Ciara, Alicia Renee Williams, Killah B, and Tasha Catour, paid tribute to her late mother and debuted at No. 11 on the R&B Digital Song Sales chart.

Keyshia Cole, on the other hand, dropped the heartfelt single “Forever Is a Thing” in June. The song, featured in her biopic Keyshia Cole: My Story, is a touching tribute to her late mother Frankie Lons, who passed away in 2021.

As fans eagerly await Monica’s upcoming album, “Trenches,” and Keyshia Cole’s untitled project, they can revel in the magic of “Love Me Enough” by streaming Nicki Minaj’s latest release featuring Monica and Keyshia Cole.
