The song was initially previewed in the end credits of the Renaissance World Tour: A Film by Beyoncé, currently in theaters. The film focuses on Beyoncé’s dedication, hard work, creative involvement, and her intention to create a lasting legacy.

Beyoncé embarked on her Renaissance World Tour in May, starting in Stockholm, Sweden, and concluding in Kansas City, Missouri, in October. The tour covered various European cities and the North American leg, showcasing Beyoncé’s global influence and stage presence.

“Renaissance,” Beyoncé’s seventh album, was released on July 28, 2022, receiving critical acclaim and debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. By November 2022, the album achieved platinum status, selling over one million equivalent units.

At the 65th Grammy Awards earlier this year, Renaissance won Best Dance/Electronic Music Album, making Beyoncé the first Black woman to secure a Grammy in that category since its inception in 2005. Additionally, she earned awards for Best R&B Song, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best Dance/Electronic Recording.

The lead single from the album, “Break My Soul,” became a chart-topping hit on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Beyoncé’s first solo No. 1 in over 14 years.

“My House” joins the list of recent releases by Beyoncé, including “DELRESTO (ECHOES)” with Travis Scott and the remix of “America Has A Problem” featuring Kendrick Lamar.
