Singer Keithian has unveiled his latest single, “Ways,” a captivating track that delves into the complexities of romantic relationships.

In “Ways,” Keithian explores the story of a partner who appears to have outgrown casual encounters and desires to take their connection to the next level. The singer reveals that the song captures the emotions experienced when an entanglement seems to be on the brink of evolving into a committed relationship.

Keithian explains, “‘Ways’ is about the feeling you have when you are in an entanglement that is headed to a relationship. You are on the fence, enjoying your time, but there are obstacles that are unexplainable, so you end up being honest about how you’ve been feeling. I wrote this record because I needed to put my feelings on the line. I needed to understand if the feelings I was having were mutual and I found out that they were, but with limitations.”

“Ways” serves as the lead single from Keithian’s forthcoming EP, Human. This new project follows his 2022 release, Green Clouds, which debuted in April to coincide with Earth Day. Green Clouds featured the singles “Chance?,” “Go Bae,” and “Guaranteed.”

Discussing “Guaranteed,” Keithian shared that the track was inspired by a true story: “She never was available for me and straddled the fence with our relationship. We had an incredible connection and had an amazing time when we were together, but she had walls & major boundaries on our status.”

Keithian is set to support his new single and previous releases as a special guest on Vedo’s Mood Swings Tour. The 14-date tour will kick off on May 4 at Saint Andrew’s Hall in Detroit, Michigan, and conclude on May 23 at Bimbo’s 365 Club in San Francisco, California. Tickets are available now.
