Bringing R&B music from off the charts and sold-out crowds everywhere, Florida artist Rod Wave is back with another track titled “Alone.” 

Rod Wave muses on the end of everything, including love, relationships, and what’s left of you after the outside voices have all left the room, all to the accompaniment of an elegiac guitar melody.

The single is also accompanied by a music video. Rod Wave assumes the role of the narrator and begins to tell the tale of two lovers who got off track because one of them didn’t value what he had until it was gone. 

The video, which features the central character suffering from a horrible catastrophe and wishing he could go back in time and do it all over again the correct way, was directed by the St. Petersburg rapper.
