Ciara makes a strong comeback with her new track “Jump,” which features Coast Contra.

On this delectable bop, the worldwide superstar leaves no crumbs left. “Jump” demonstrates Ciara’s ability to break through the cacophony and produce an unmistakable dancing hit. It injects much-needed vitality into the musical environment, especially during the summer.

“You like it when I make the thang jump / You go wild when I make the thang jump / It get loud when I make the thang jump / It’s a party when I make the thang jump, jump,” Ciara sings on the chorus.

Ciara’s debut release under her new agreement with Uptown Records and Republic Records, in collaboration with her label Beauty Marks Entertainment, is “Jump.”

“Jump” is Ciara’s first song from her upcoming eighth studio album. It will be the follow-up to 2019’s Beauty Marks, which she independently published on Beauty Marks Entertainment. Her platinum-selling hit “Level Up” was included on the CD.

In May, Ciara confirmed that her highly anticipated album is complete. “I’m actually finished with my album, which I’m really excited about,” she told Associated Press. 

Ciara will play the adult Nettie in the forthcoming musical film Colored Purple. Chloe x Halle’s Halle Bailey will play a younger version of Nettie.
