Kendrick Lamar Earns First No. 1 on Hot R&B Songs Chart With “Die Hard”

Kendrick Lamar has landed his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart with “Die Hard,” featuring Blxst and Amanda Reifer.

In its first week, which ended on May 19, “Die Hard” received a total of 27 million official US streaming. The song has the second-best total stream count from his newest 18-track album, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, with the top being “N95,” which has 37.2 million total streams.

This is K-Dot’s 11th overall appearance on Hot the R&B Songs chart, and also gives Blxst and Amanda Reifer their first Hot R&B Songs chart-topper.
