Some Marvel Cinematic Universe fans take their moviegoing seriously, but none as seriously as one Florida guy who saw “Spider-Man: No Way Home” 292 times in theaters. After seeing the new Spider-Man picture for 720 hours (30 days) between December 16, 2021, and March 15, 2022, Ramiro Alanis set the Guinness World Record for  “most cinema productions attended of the same film”.

Alanis had to see the movie in theaters and “independently of any other activity” to qualify for the record, according to Guinness. This meant he couldn’t check his phone, sleep, or even use the restroom while the movie was playing.
