
On Sunday night, the 64th Grammy Awards were broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The award show featured a spectacular lineup of performances from some of music’s biggest artists, including Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, and Olivia Rodrigo.
It was a big night for Silk Sonic. The duo scored big as they grabbed 4 Grammy awards for their song “Leave The Door Open”. The song won Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.

On the other hand, Jazmine Sullivan won Best R&B Album for her album ‘Heaux Tales’, beating out Leon Bridges, H.E.R., Jon Batiste, and Snoh Aalegra. Sullivan had previously won her first Grammy for “Pick Up Your Feelings” earlier in the evening. “Pick Up Your Feelings” tied for second place with Silk Sonic’s “Leave the Door Open,” which went on to win Song of the Year.
