
The weekend dropped a surprise music video for his song ‘Die For You’. The song was released in 2016 and was part of his album ‘Starboy’.
The visuals were released on the 25th of November and it has surpassed one million views already. The music video is directed by Christian Breslauer and it is inspired from sci-fi movie E.T. and the popular Netflix show Stranger Things.
Fans were thrilled with the music video as the song is a favorite amongst many of them.
However, this wasn’t a random act. November 25 marks the anniversary of The Weeknd’s ‘Starboy’ album and Abele decided to pay homage in the best way possible.
